Here I try to keep track of the reading I do each year. Another view of my reading is in the Inventory of books I have read, organized by author (the inventory does not include any comments or ratings, however).
My rating system simply reflects whether a book is definitely recommended (+), definitely not recommended (-). If it is a book that some will like and some will not like or it is of a type that I typically do not rate (non-fiction, genre fiction, etc.), I will avoid giving the text a rating.
I try to include a few comments on each title and you might notice that sometimes I differ greatly from the mainstream critics in my opinion. But that’s the point — it is my opinion and as far as I’m concerned, it is always correct.
